not a great price relative to prior postings, but still might be a decent value for some.

I got in on two sets for $20 each back in September. They work great for what they are but if I had to buy them again I'd pay a bit more for color temp adjustment built in.

The Good:
- Light weight and portable - it is really hard to find something this light weight. The newly released high quality portable video lights (e.g. FalconEyes F7 Mini) all have built in batteries, which make them heavyish.
- Cheap
The Meh:
- Semi-decent light output for the size and price (similar to a 40-50W incandescent bulb?)
The Bad:
- People say the included tripods are flimsy. I don't actually use them.
The Ugly:
- Your face when you light it with these lights. The claimed CRI is 95, that's why I bought them to light up video calls when I travel. The real CRI is much below that. These are cheap LEDs with significant green shift. The design is also such that there are ugly yellow reflections on the edge of the beam reflecting from the shiny black plastic casing. Bad design there! The green/yellow shift will make your face look like you're sick. Not a good look on Zoom calls.
Use Cases:
I ended up using them as potable lights to light up my desk in hotel rooms. (Hotel rooms almost always have terrible desk lights.) Will not use them once my higher quality video lights arrive.
Not for video calls / video or photo lighting (which they were allegedly designed for) unless you want to look like an ogre. I note that I own some other (much more expensive) Neewer LED video lights, and they are stellar. I've always had a good experience with Neewer products. Not with these I'm afraid.

Ya I use them as portable lights when I am working outside or in the garage with a usb battery pack
BTW I have four of these lights and love them. Very useful as work lights.

Neewer makes most of the entry level photo and video equipment on the market. This lighting kit alone is probably driving tens of millions of dollars in YouTube revenue every month.
..........
I don't think it is insane to consider overpriced something that is 20% more than recent price points.
Even more so when it's 25%(+) more

That's what I thought. Neewer doesn't really try to make their stuff better than the price. I think this is good if there are no other light source or use in a very dim room, maybe for streaming?
