Typically they add double fuel points to these promotions a few days after they start. If you use kroger fuel, you may want to wait a couple of days before buying.

Maybe I misread but it looks like the coupon for 4X fuel points is instore only and the 13% discount is online purchase only.

It is usually due to CC verification, can you try a different card? It's an ongoing issue with Kroger gift card portal.

I would contact your CC company or Kroger cust service. I had this issue 2 years ago and can't remember how I got it resolved.

Just bought, waiting confirmation, cricket $200, 150, 125, 100 for $500.25 total with amex card offer $25 off $500, plus one percent cash back. Are there any rebate sites that work or codes to put in for additional discounts. I dont think kroger gas exists in Florida.

update...card rejected, even though I entered it on the kroger account beforehand. idiots

the backend for these gift cards is Blackhawk Network which is dumb. The fraud alert gets triggered then you're hosed for who knows how long. I think I was buying cards at giftcardmall and same thing happened and I got banned for no reason. It's weird and now all of the sudden I can now buy again from Kroger and probably giftcardmall. I think when I had the issue it was due to trying to use a prepaid card to pay for something and their system did not like that at all.
