Has anyone ever tried to return a desktop to Dell? Do they charge restocking fees? I know they say they do, but I know Lenovo almost always waives them - wondering if Dell is the same.

I got an XPS two weeks back but the AMEX offer wasn't in effect yet.

So newbie question on building, can I take out and sell the video card in this (what's it worth??) and put in a new but old GeForce 9600GT? I don't care about video specs just looking to upgrade my current Dell Inspirion from 2012. With discount and AMEX and sell the video card equals maybe an almost free pc.
