I purchased a pair of the refurbs last time they hit on here and I was also pretty disappointed. They constantly fall out (which I realize could be specific to me but never had it happen before) and they have charging issues. The charging issues are pretty well documented on the interwebs
I've purchased 10 of these over the last several months for family/friends and none of us have this issue.
You won't find a better $40 pair of wireless earbuds out there
I agree. This is my all time favorite one for my work calls. I also use 75e if I'm around with my kids, that one has a better ANC mic (one caveat it doesn't cancel kids voices, but amazingly cancels TV sound)
They are acceptable. I would recommend not using wireless earbuds if you can help it. There can be a delay and I think two way communication over bluetooth can degrade quality. Also microphone placement (on your ear) isn't ideal.
FYI bought 3 pairs of these refurbs via Jabra's ebay site and they took forever to arrive, and when they did all 3 pairs are defective...
I suspect they take back returns (why do they have so many?), clean them up, then send them back out as "refurbished" without even testing.
Before someone says I just don't have them setup properly, they all are defective in different ways...one the left side doesn't power on, the other two the right side won't. Since I have 3 sets I've tried intermixing the charging cases in case it was them, but it's the buds themselves that are bad.
Also saw this on Jabra's official eBay storefront (certified refurbished). $39.99, but it gave me a 10% off coupon so I got it for $35.99 before tax. (No idea if the coupon is YMMV or not, I just know it was included alongside the listing)
Just ordered another pair after losing the first one (bought from Target refurb $45). They are great for the price. The biggest limitation is the battery life is kinda suspect but it connects flawlessly to my Apple products: Apple Watch, iPhone X, iPad.

Nope, you just got a bad pair.

Mine have been going strong for a year. Even dropped them in the pool twice. No issues besides slight hiss in the left ear max volume.

Yes, they do multipoint.
