Wyze support sucks these days. Opened a RMA ticket and did not get a response in 3 weeks

Wyze is so finnicky and they dump all their revenue into quantity over quality. I understand that's kind of their business model, but at the end of the day you as the customer still want something that works reliably.

I jumped ship from Wyze+Blink over to all Eufy and I don't regret it at all. Eufy still has its annoyances and problems but these little 2k indoor cams are a diamond in the rough.
