Based on other websites, the Medium-Heavy rod seems to be paired with the 5000 and 6000 size reels.

Correct the line weight on the reel indicates it is a 5000 series.

Have any of you ordered stuff from Sierra and the item(s) came damaged? I picked up one of these combos and it arrived with the 'elbow' of the handle sticking out of a hole in the box from careless shipping/handling. Taking a closer look, the 'elbow' has a deep scratch in it probably from being dropped on concrete while exposed and there's also a nick on the rotor. The reel works but it's obviously not in new condition (due to shipping). I'd like to hold onto the setup but get a partial refund due to the damage and inconvenience - I just tried chatting with Sierra though and they're saying the only option I have is to ship the stupid setup back to them. I threw out the crap shipping box because it was useless and I don't want to spend more time or energy returning the combo back if I don't have to. I find it irritating that they won't even consider a partial refund for the damage and inconvenience.
