I see the stainless is back in stock but the latest code FFVITAMAR3 is not working on the site. You said you called customer service and they let you use a code over the phone?

I ordered Saturday 2/27/21 and it shipped yesterday 3/2/21 and I am expected to get my 750Pro by the end of today 3/3/21. It was shipped from Nevada and I live in California.
