Pre Paid Debit Card Deals?

I'm curious if anyone knows of any prepaid debit card deals with either no fees or discounts?
This concerns a prepaid Visa Rewards Debit Card issued by Bancorp Bank.
There's almost $600 balance on the card and it expires February 28th; I can order a replacement card for about a $13 fee on March 1st. So there's one day to consider options.
Are there any prepaid debit card deals out there to purchase, using this Bancorp Debit Card funds as payment, and thus transfer the funds to ... that would be cheaper in the end than paying a $13 replacement fee?
For ex. I recall reading that from time to time Staples would have discount bonuses for purchasing prepaid cards (but I'm not sure if another Prepaid Debit card could be used for the purchase).

I stopped by Staples today but unfortunately they're sold out of the cards.
