These things have 300mg of caffeine per can. The pre workout I take has 135mg. Bang is like crack, I've literally drank one at work, went home at night then decided to wash my car and clean my yard. Went to sleep around 4am.

A clean preworkout powder is so much more effective and better for you than a bang.... Bangs are convenient and meant to grab quick on the go if you dont have access to your preworkout powder, but then again coffee can usually be purchased as conveniently as a bang and is a lot better for you..... I am in love with the thought of bangs and their yummy flavors and convenience, but at the end of the day I know there are much more effective and healthier options for the gym (coffee and certain preworkout powders, my go to is optimum nutrition gold standard blueberry lemondade)

tbh this is some weak zoomer energy bs. if you want the real deal with boomer energy, you go for monster. every damn time. i'm a boomer and stomp kids in competitive fortnite on a daily basis, so i know my shit when it comes to this game. same results in the gym, but replace the fortnite kids with my gains. stay true, my friends. get off the bang train.

If you weigh 85 pounds then I would recommend considering a lower caffeine beverage. A standard cup of coffee (8fl oz of dark roast) has 95mg of caffeine. I don't think many people would describe drinking ~3 cups of coffee as similar to crack.

CHAMPS21 is expired.. but the buy one get one coupled with another code is just as good if you get 6 cases.

I used PUPDAY21 (10 bucks off per 50 spent) with the buy one get one. 6 cases ended up being 84 bucks (1.18 a can before tax). You get 20 bucks off from pupday21 because the discount is calculated before discounts are applied.

I get nothing off these at all. I can actually fall asleep shortly after drinking. Wish they worked for me as vpx used to make some potent stuff.

I stopped taking preworkouts (Just caffeine stuff like Amino energy) for years. Drank one bang last week and had the best workout in years. Ironic?
