DON'T BUY FROM DEEPDISCOUNT, THEY ARE FRAUDS! They will charge your card, send you a confirmation email, then cancel your order a few days later saying they were out of stock. Eventually you'll get refunded, but you're still wasting your time. You probably won't believe me, but you've been warned. For example, right now they have a PS4 console for $3.99 on their site. Do you really think that's going to ship? FRAUD!

Be prepared for a lot of cancellations. Out to 10 games that showed in stock, only 5 shipped and rest were cancelled. I have gotten refund on 2 of the 5 cancelled items.

Lol they def. Are not frauds.. They are owned by Alliance entertainment and are one of a bunch of online stores owned by them across there individual sites, amazon, ebay, discogs etc. I've ordered hundreds of items with little to no issue. This post is also close to a week after most things were posted so yeah when you are that late there could be some cancelations for sure. Not the greatest company but considering the prices I'm good with it.

The PS4 is set to backordered and not in-stock. So yes, it most likely will be canceled. Backordered != in-stock.

I've never had them actually charge my card until an item ships. They might do pre-authorizations that never fully post and eventually fall off.

They do cancel a lot of in stock items ordered and pre-orders though.

This looks like a price mistake on these games and reminds me of their recent Mill Creek Bluray price mistakes where I spent a lot of time placing several large orders all of which they cancelled. Only a few lucky people are likely to have (part of) their orders ship. The rest will get cancellations and at best might get a $5 coupon when they cancel your order.

This time I'm not going to waste the time to place an order, especially since my game backlog is already so big. The fact I'm not going to order will probably make this turn out not to be a price mistake because whatever I do is always the wrong choice.

I pretty much treat Gruv Entertainment the same way. After enough cancellations, if I see a really good price on something they sell, I assume it's a price mistake they won't honor and I don't bother.

I have bought from them before, and got my order canceled. But I never had a problem getting a refund, it was given to me very quickly.

Use your own discretion but I will agree with people who are saying be wary of ordering from Deep Discount. They are nothing but a headache and a hassle in my experience. If you're on the fence I would say not to bother with them because I've had nothing but problems with them (they are a far cry from where they were in 2005). Most of the games that are available for this sale price have been nearly or equally as cheap at Gamestop, Best Buy, and various eBay sellers over the years and will likely continue to be on sale at more reputable outlets.

I ordered 11 games. Mix of PS4 and XB1 games. All shipped the next day except the 2 that were on backorder, which got cancelled 2 days later. This is my 3rd or 4th order with them and never had any issues before. They take PayPal if you're concerned about using credit card. The nice thing about backordered items getting cancelled eventually is that you can add enough to get free shipping and only get charged for the ones that shipped.
