Besides the obvious price difference this has optical, RCA and USB inputs which the unit you are linking does not.
In any case, this is only a future need for me.

The thing that's making me hold off is the lack of volume control apparently according to the reviews. I would be using it to pair a TV with Bluetooth speakers so not being able to control the volume via the TV's (or any) remote, just buttons on the unit, makes it a lot less appealing for that purpose but it seems like it would work well to pair with Bluetooth headphones with adjustable volume.
i don't have experience with this model but another of the same brand i have does go out to two headphones at the same time.
