Also, I believe the Craftsmans are old stock from the Sears days and not currently being made.

I bought these at the same $25 deal price via another Woot special back in December and have been very happy with them. They are a good price to dip your toes into the Knipex line even though these don't explicitly say Knipex on them. Be careful though, you are going to want more of these high quality tools!

I got a pair of Knipex-branded ones for the same price black friday at KC Tools.
"Bought these thinking they were made in the US. Made in Germany like the knipex and looked excatly the same. Works great up to 1 1/2". 2" is a stretch"
