I have these lights in my garage. These lights are brighter than the light of a thousand suns. Seriously, you will burn your retinas if you look directly at them. Also good customer service from this company. One of my lights burned out after a year, they immediately sent me two as a warranty replacement!

These are better the higher you place them. In a small laundry room they may be too directional, with dead spots along with blinding light you if you have a 7' basement ceiling. They run hot and won't last long if you use them for hours on end. Thus, a good garage light, but not great for other areas.

I bought a similar set last week with five "petals" of lights instead of three (but less LEDs on each one).

So far I love it -- much brighter than a traditional bulb.

Bought these from the last 2/$24 deal that popped up here. Put them in my garage and workshop. Certainly an improvement over standard 60W LED/incandescent bulbs. Biggest gripe is how directional the panels are, they only pan up and down, you can't rotate. You may have to not fully screw it in if you want a panel to point at a particular door or object. Note the color because they are super WHITE, so if you want a natural sunlight these are not for you.

5000k is super blinding white . I prefer 3500k which is a more natural white. But good price.
