Lol I remember when we had to share one of these things and whoever was fatter, you'd gravitate towards them as the mattress loses air.

But that was a billions years ago, do air mattresses still lose air like that?

They sure do. The one that I bought last Fall would lose air every day.
Ended up returning it to Amazon. Regular price on that one was $40'ish.

i recall seeing air mattresses that claimed they can hold 300pounds when i looked into buying an air mattress last March. Not that i weigh 300 pounds but i theorized if they could hold 300 they may be a very good air mattress

Excellent to have for 10 and under kids when you have sleep overs, camping, vacations etc. Kids are rough on things, we grab one before each trip and consider it part of the cost.

Nice price! I prefer the style of this mattress. It's more comfortable and things stay on it better than the lengthwise baffles model. I like the interlocking quick release valve, but it can be a little awkward to form a seal depending on your pump.

I got some for my daughter's slumber party and they are definitely not returnable. Big sticker on the box stating non returnable and you have to tear the box to open it. Luckily all of mine were ok.
