Snagged this for $1350 a few weeks back and immediately returned it. Not a great 3070 sku, although some may not care. Components are mostly bottom of the barrel. But the PSU and case design are why it went back. The PSU fan is incredibly loud and cannot be turned off, much louder than any case fans at full load I have ever heard. The case design has very little air flow. I realize the GPU situation has escalated since then, but for a 3070 and $200 price hike this doesn't feel worth it.

I got one the last time when it was at $1350 delivered with a dead graphic card. Returned it and bought the intel one at 1550. Worked for one day and started having issues with the system continuously restarting every few minutes. Both the systems came with gigabyte 3070. Now the price for the intel one is $1750. Bestbuy did replace the second one and got the new one a couple of days back. But now it came with asus dual fan 3070.

I've mentioned in a separate thread, but currently have 3 CyberPowerPC's through Best Buy (and 1 on order the President's Day deal via CBP direct). Overall sentiment
PROS - Upgradability, mostly brand components for all except case & PSU (I got a lot of ASROCK), Value, almost instant-gratification of getting a 3070
CONS - 2 out of the 3 ran into random BSOD issues, customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of, past 30 days you need to ship it back to CBP at your own cost

While Best Buy had it for $1349 originally, given current market prices, buy first think later so this is a pretty good deal instead of waiting 4-6 week build times with everyone else. Just be aware that something quirky happens with CBP rigs around BSOD's that I've never experienced with almost any other PC I've built/bought, not sure if it is the OS image or hardware. I've done complete Windows reinstalls repeatedly and still hit the BSOD's which leads me to believe it's a hardware issue.

I wouldn't trust a Cyberpower PC as far as I could throw em. Aside from the CPU and GPU you will get the lowest grade parts they can find and nonexistent customer support.

Anyone looking for a good prebuilt should customize an Alienware online and then contact a Dell rep and ask for a discount. The only downside is they use OEM parts so upgrading can be a challenge but you will get high quality parts and great customer support.

I really like that this one can be upgraded, not a fan of OEM parts at all. Thanks for the deal, I almost missed it because CyberPowerPC was all ran together - doesn't come up if you search just CyberPower.

I bought mine directly from Cyberpower, the 3070 graphics card was a dud and is currently in the process of RMA, IT TAKES 3-4 WEEKS for a replacement!!! I am thinking about returning the whole thing since 30 day return window is coming up but I have to pay for shipping....

That's why I ordered on MSI 3080 desktop for $1899,like 1 month ago,because I don't really like those generic prebuild companies,like CyberPowerPC...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL,CHEAP PARTS
But a few days I ordered my MSI,it went up to $2249.99:

Upset people keep buying these at inflated prices. If they keep selling out Best Buy will never drop the price again.

Just to further add to what has already been said, I have this case design (similar configuration- not with the 3070, but I can add that YMMV with the components, for myself I really 'lucked' out and received mine with some ram, gpu, and a power supply that were rated above what others had received). With that being said, most of the time you are going to get what you pay for and given the state of the market for higher end components such as gpus and cpus, things are going to be dicey for awhile longer; of course no one knows for how long. If you somehow need the gpu now as that is what this is primarily oriented towards, then this is a way to get one, however, if anything happens that would require a replacement or RMA, best of luck!

Man, I think I'd just return it, from the sounds of it the customer service sucks! I bought one, but fingers crossed it's not a dud. If it's got any problems the first 30 days - I'm definitely just going to take it back to Best Buy. The nice thing is if you price the parts out, this is actually cheaper than if you build yourself. So there's that.
