Weird I was somehow able to order after you said it was dead. Not sure how that happened. Thanks OP!

Estimated pickup is May 1 so we'll see if that works out.

Snagged one. Thanks, OP!

I just built a new system... overpaid on a 5900X, 64GB RAM, 2TB Samsung 980 Pro NVME, 4TB Sabrent Rocket NVME. The RTX 3070 will go into that, currently, running my previous system's RTX 2070, which will now go into my youngest son's (he's 21yo) new system (3700X with placeholder 950 GPU). The rest of the system will be a nice upgrade for my older son, who has a birthday coming up. He has an RX580 GPU, so we'll transplant that in.

This has been a horrible year for PC enthusiasts. I am also a game developer and artist, so my 5yo system was getting to be a problem. I'll be happy with the 3070.

From the customer photos (and horror stories), looks like it could be a Gigabyte, EVGA, or MSI. I'd prefer the MSI or EVGA, as my current monitor setup is 3x 4k monitors and a graphics tablet. Gigabyte seems to be in love with 2xHDMI and 2xDP - I'd rather have at least 3xDP and a single HDMI.

As for the horror stories, I'll keep my fingers crossed. My oldest son's system, which will get upgraded with everything from this but the video card (as he has an RX580, and that's fine for his use) was also a CyberPower PC, and it's handled a few years of abuse Big Grin It was used with a Mixed Reality VR headset, but now he's got an Oculus Quest 2 to link in to play his PCVR games. His monitor is 1080p. This will be a great refresh for him.

I got one,just now,at 12:50 AM EST,but it was strange...
Availability showed me a lot of stores,at that moment. But I was not be able to checkout with a massage: "Item is unavailable it the store selected".
Only worked with 1 store in Manhattan! And only with a store pick up.No delivery option for me!
Will check the components to see,if I will keep it or not!
I think,by reseling the RTX3700 on ebay,i will (90%) cover the cost of this PC!

Pretty sure these won't come with the variants that people are paying $1400 for in ebay. You might get $1200 but you have to consider 3% PayPal + 10% eBay fees + shipping. $1000 after fees is not 90% of $1600+tax.

Great deal, but too much RGB. I know RGB is hip for gamers but I don't know why. Just makes everything look ugly as sin.

My new system has RGB, I added some RGB fans (Mushkin RGB RAM did NOT work - either for RGB, where it just showed random colors even though it claimed compatibility - or for the rated speed - so I returned them. Now running G.Skill non-RGB at 3600). I currently have it glowing Red and Green, for AMD and Nvidia. :laugh out loud

I can see the appeal. At least I put effort into cable management this time.
