This is a good chair for $100 but should never be priced at $250. The quality is nowhere close to an actual $250 chair like Eurotech Apollo. Assembly takes about 20 minutes.
Bought this chair last summer for WFH. Overall it's comfortable and all the settings are nice but the seat bottom foam has already bottomed out and I'm not a heavy guy. There are better ones if you need an 8+ hour per day chair.

I'm interested too. i need a few for the office. 8hrs daily use
Bought this last summer as well. Same experience as GreyKestrel9181, foam bottomed out and started hurting my tailbone after a month or two of use. It really didn't last long at all. I bought a seat cushion that has helped me keep it up until now.
I'm on the hunt for a new chair at the moment. The right arm cushion just broke off the arm about where the arm height adjuster is connected. I'm around 170lbs oddly I lean on the left side more than the right, so it just failed.
The chair has a 5-year limited warranty, per the Office Depot site. However RealSpace has no site. When I call Office Depot the automated response asks if I want to buy an extended warranty and when I reply "no", they say "please visit your local office depot for extended warranties". I called the customer service number again and responded only with "Representative" to the automated system and it got me in contact with someone who helped me reach out to RealSpace.
I will update if I can actually get a replacement arm for the chair through the 5-year warranty. I really don't feel like buying a new one.
Edit: The woman from Office Depot was incredibly nice. However....
When she connected connected me to the RealSpace representative "To discuss the replacement parts for the warranty" the RealSpace Representative at 1-800-949-9974 cut this woman off by saying, very rudely, "No. No. There's nothing to discuss, I don't have any parts to send." When he realized he was already connected he offered to let me wait 2-3 months for the parts to be shipped, which I accepted and he took my information.
With that customer service experience alone, I will not be purchasing or recommending any RealSpace products. Buyer beware.
I will update in 2-3 months if I actually receive a replacement part.

Bought one of these a few days ago and it's been great so far. I'm replacing a broken office chair that was destroying my lower back. The independent seat and back tilt have been perfect for helping control my "seat slump" where I'll slide forward in my chair and my back ends up on the seat with horrible posture. Keep in mind I have a limited knowledge of the office chair environment but I needed a new chair around the $100 range and this has been perfect.

Thank you for this review I know now to be careful with my leaning. Can't tell you the brand but my last office chair from office max had a very similar problem. I am a hard right leaner when I don't have the proper lumbar support and the full back leather chair I bought two years ago only had back tilt. After about 6 months of use the tension for the back tilt started to give out which made me lean heavily on the arm. After a couple months the arm separated from the seat of the chair and had a permanent fully reclined back tilt. Hopefully the seat tilt of this chair will help me keep better posture but I may avoid these cheaper office chairs in the future.

Really needed some new chairs, and these look really nice even for $10 more than as posted.
