All the fundamental -900 level certifications are free after attending a free Microsoft Virtual Training day [microsoft.com] (you can get as many as you want):

AZ-900 - Azure Fundamentals
DP-900 - Azure Data Fundamentals
AI-900 - Azure AI Fundamentals
MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
MB-900 - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals

There's also a one-time $15 COVID-related price on certain exams, so don't waste it on one of these free ones.

EDIT: MS-900 has some related virtual training days but none that grants a free cert/exam for M365 Fundamentals

Cloud technology is becoming more prevalent, it's a measuring stick for perspective employers. If you enjoy getting 2-3% raises a year, having difficulty finding new positions, and stagnation of your skills/career you should continue to view education as useless.

A free account will work. They also give access to resources and a $200 credit for the first year. Most of these exercises will enable a very temporary concierge subscription that will allow you to learn without expense.

Wow, I don't see how someone can learn that entire MS Power Bi course and take the test in less than 1 month. Seems geared towards just getting the cert if you already are a subject matter expert

Any cloud certification requires at least some IT work experience and knowledge that spans networking, security, infrastructure, data/database and computing. You can give it a shot even if you don't. Hopefully you will learn in the process.

I just wanna make sure I understand this correctly as others may have misunderstood too:

You undergo this ignite program and then you earn the voucher to TAKE the Microsoft cert exam
"This exam offer may be redeemed to take one (1) Microsoft Certification exam, delivered at an authorized Pearson Vue testing center or through a Pearson Vue online proctoring site."

I don't think you actually get the certification, correct? You're getting the free $165 exam fee but you still have to actually study and take the exam yourself.
