Anyone know where I can buy a replacement gear for these? a metal gear to replace these would be great.

Just get a Viair or similar design like the Husky ones at homedepot. Preferably get one that can be directly connected to the car battery. Get a $4 pencil gauge too as it's easier to use/probably more accurate when used right than the compressor gauges.
Any of these, for example, are better options. This is one of those things for me I would spend more for.
