I received the same email. Each email is for individual user. Check you email that is attached to your account and see if they sent you an email. No actual link except to the person whom receives the email.

I got this email from Discover that I am eligible to get 45$ towards basic Sam's Club membership until 4/30/21.

I wonder if it can be combined with https://www.samsclub.com/content/join-45-get-45 too.

I got the email and clicked it.
But I always like being able to check within my account to see/verify that the offer is active for me.
I did think the email was very sketchy - I half thought it was a phishing attempt. (it was the first time clicking on a Discover email)

maxthon mentioned accessing it through the account so I was hoping there is a way to see it in the account.

Just received an email from Discover for a $45 statement credit when sign up for a new Sam's Club membership.

I will use it for getting cheaper gas when a Costco is not nearby. Quite a deal.
