Remember that the Essential plan adds taxes and fees (so this is probably $90 + $10 Taxes). Even with the free line, it just seems that only $10 for incidentals is a low figure. Will be awaiting an actual breakdown.

He did 2 lines, 3rd free. So at least 3 must be on same account.
In any case, I read elsewhere that he did it on 3/4. So it was the old promo that allowed up to 12 rebates, not the current one that limits 2. Prob not intentional, but OP really should take responsibility for his posting and clean up his disinformation.

Just got back from costco moved over 4 lines and got 4x $300 costco cash card, 3rd line free ..essential $105 + tax

By this token it's not limited to 2 rebates looks like.

I am new to Costco. Does the fact that it printed out 4 forms means one is eligible for 4*300 or it would still be subjected to 2*300 max per account? Thanks.

I probably should've asked the guy doing the signup because while I received 4 forms it does say two per account... Not really sure which account it's referring to...

I did complete and submit all of the forms but used separate email accounts. Also FWIW while he was doing mine and a lot of people came up to ask regarding the promotion - getting 3 or 4 Costco cards through the rebate and getting the 3rd line from Tmobile...
