In any case, I read elsewhere that he did it on 3/4. So it was the old promo that allowed up to 12 rebates, not the current one that limits 2. Prob not intentional, but OP really should take responsibility for his posting and clean up his disinformation.
Wonder what happens adding 2 lines to an existing SC account....will try later today.

I did complete and submit all of the forms but used separate email accounts. Also FWIW while he was doing mine and a lot of people came up to ask regarding the promotion - getting 3 or 4 Costco cards through the rebate and getting the 3rd line from Tmobile...
