Got this on my Chase card and went in store and made a purchase at my local Best Buy... the charge came up as "NST-IN HOME ORLAN MARLBOROUGH MA" rather than something like BestBuy.

If anyone has had a similar experience, im guessing calling Chase and trying to convince them that this is a BestBuy purchase would be a futile waste of time.

I have a chase freedom and freedom unlimited and didn't have Best Buy on either card so it is YMMV.
