One of the RAM sticks is soldered onto the board, the other one is replaceable. There is also a second m.2 slot

I had this one pre-ordered, but have decided to punt. I would rather pay a little more for a better processor. And if at all possible, I want to buy from Costco for a substantially better warranty, even if the price is higher.

Less likely. This is a 85w TDP 3060. It's one of the lowest powered 3060s available.
