UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to

final cost: $85.58.

plus my amex card promo for spending $1000 has been met after this, so another $200 going back to me.

UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.

IOS is just too boring and still look the same since 2010. I tried to like the mini but it's awful.

Odd that you can't trade in a regular note 20 to upgrade to the ultra. With a s20 trade in, it was saying $230 is the cost for the ultra. Too bad I don't have a s20 lol.

It's a bit of a hassle, but one could go on Ebay and get refurbished S10E for less than $300, which should arrive by the time you receive a trade-in kit from Samsung.

No, they are considered different, also look at how they put A51 and A51 5G separately in trade-in list.

I think they combined a71 and a71 5g, when you search a71 in their website , it shows up a71 but it has 5g

Primo code does work, I wish they accepted the regular note 20 for this. It would only be $138 to upgrade to the ultra. Anyone know why the regular note isn't eligible for trade?

Sucks for me. I'm gonna stick with the note 20 for awhile, it's the last Samsung phone to have mst Frown
