Trade my phone gives me $550
Samsung Discount program(probably military) $24.37
Instant rebate $425
$300.67 before tax.
UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to
final cost: $85.58.
plus my amex card promo for spending $1000 has been met after this, so another $200 going back to me.
UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.
whoever downvoted I hope you hit your toe.
Some of you people on this site are completely ridiculous. This place is populated by entitled Karens.
IOS is just too boring and still look the same since 2010. I tried to like the mini but it's awful.

Used samsung shop app...total $416 included tax..
I tried used browsers on the phone, but couldn't get edu to kick on..
But on the app would....but couldn't get 10% cash back tho...
I'm thinking to get this if I can get 200 pm and 10% cancel trick..
Then it'll be only $175 without trade in or sell anything....

$550 trade in discount
$100 Promotion code discount
$350 discount
If we are price matching, won't rep say that even though list price is $1299, with EDU discount, the price is effectively less than Best buy or Amazon?

I'm still stuck with Note9 @ Android 9. The call recording is worth $1000+ for me.
The general idea is that ANYONE can use educational discount currently without having to use an .edu email or prove anything. (Maybe same for work and other discounts but only have tried with edu discount.)
Also it's recommended to do this with a new Samsung account if the discount doesn't show up.
Now to get it to work, go to samaung.com and on top you with see "offers", click on it then click "discount programs" followed by "educational discounts". When you do this another page will come up with all the items on sale with this discount applied. Click on what you want to buy, add any accessories and then checkout. The discount should be also shown on the list of discounts under the total I believe.
That's it. Be sure to STACK every code mentioned in this threads. Referral codes, 5% off codes that the site gives you for signing up for emails, the one from OP.
I'm still trying to know the best combos to use but it seems if you add another item like the ear buds, that adds a bundle discount. Not sure if it's worth it but it seems if you want to buy other things, it might be a good idea to bundle them.
Lastly be sure to chat with via the web chat and try to see if they give you a 10% discount because you saw it cheaper on Amazon and you'd get it quicker via your Prime membership but don't want to cancel it. (As in give you an incentive to keep the order) if one of them can't, try another chat rep.
Ok last one, chat with them and try to Price Match the $925 price. When they ask to provide them a link just send them the screenshot. If they ask for a live link, it might not work. Keep trying until one bites.
Ok I think this is all I got lol.
