Sigh i couldn't complete an order earlier because i had to go out :/.. now that i have a chance to order... Both the bronze and black or sold out and being swapped in for the unlocked versions which they want higher pricing for ... And the $100 off doesn't work with the white one that is in stock...

😟☹️😓

Where / how are people getting the 5% codes..? Maybe i can still get a white one this way..? I just don't know anymore
use your phone , then chrome then incognito mode. go to samsung.com , search note20. Put in trade in then scroll up and down or tap continue ( it pops up for me)

Private mode with diff browsers. Once you get the code, close out, open a new private browser and allow the allocation. Make sure you close all of the private tabs when trying to get a new 5% coupon from the pop ups.

Like what other said, paste the coupons on a notepad until you hit 14 coupons (the 100samsungn20 coupon count as one for a total of 15 max coupon limit).

Really would like some insight. What exactly is being price-matched on Amazon because Samsung's site seems cheaper to me. Anybody?
There is no real PM here. People are just pushing envelope to the max by trying to match TMO version with Unlocked version on Amazon/BestBuy. It doesn't work or not supposed to, but people keep spinning the wheel and push their luck. Don't waste time with that.

Not yet....you don't know what's gonna happen between order shipped and arrived...
Prices can drop between now and later....
Even delivered, still got 15 days to return for free..

Worse case is to return for free...no trade in for $383...if it went through, why not....

but i think it's just a cover. I used the same credit card on their site many time before.
I don't think this has anything to do with the coupon codes. I went through about 4 months af trying to purchase things from Samsung, and I kept getting the same email and reason for cancellation. If you were to try putting in an order without stacking the coupon codes, I'm pretty sure you will get the same cancellation message. It's something that you'll need to sort out with Samsung, but good luck trying to get anyone from Samsung that knows how to do it.

I called samsung a few months ago about that, they fixed it. Also there is a way for you to fix it yourself, google it, you have to add your address to your samsung account and stuff.

I tried everything to fix my issue. I placed over a dozen orders over a 4 month period, and kept getting the same cancellation message. Spent hours chatting and talking to Samsung CS, but got no help until one rep suggested that I delete my Samsung account and create a new one (not advisable), which I did. That did fix my ordering problem, but created a host of other problems like deleting all of my info, points, gift cards etc that I had stored with Samsung. And none of it is recoverable. For the first time I was seriously contemplating to switch to Apple products because of it.
