When I called FedEx yesterday morning, it was about 1200 miles away and I was told Samsung requested it be sent back.

If that's the case, why is it around 60 miles away from me now? Samsung is toying with me. I still don't have a great feeling about this.

It's 60 miles from you because fedex has peculiar routing. If they requested it back, it's already in the system and the driver won't be able to release the package whether or not he drives down your street. Sorry

I second that. Your phone value should be counted, it's funny when some people don't. 🙄
A lot of us are using financed devices that can't be sold for another year anyway. Remember the free (+tax) s20fe promo from T-Mobile?

It works both ways since the principle value of the phone is transferred into the new model

Just had some heated conversation with one of Samsung rep, she clearly said I have used multiple codes on my order so it is cancelled. Please place another order using available codes.

So these people are lying all the time by saying glitch etc. they know this info in the first place.
Did you know the sky is blue?

My order is currently being routed through West Memphis. Anyone have experience with how long it takes for a package to clear that hub?

I'm wondering if people will be receiving packages today. Yesterday it felt like Samsung couldn't reach out to all fedex distributors to pull all orders. Maybe its a manual process. I wonder if by getting another day, they were able to reach out to more locations.

Best of luck to everyone will a delivery scheduled for today.

Just this morning the partial charge to the Tab s7+ and keyboard cover that were delivered to me yesterday dropped off my CC. The original order had a Note20U att and Buds too but were cancelled. Those who added accessories to their orders just got super lucky as Samsum shipped put anything they have available and backorder the phones. Then they cancelled the whole thing.

Out of pocket you are looking at $350 ish for the phone with edu discount and referral and tax. Some people like to just look at out of pocket cost which is fine.

But when I trade in I take into account the value of the phone I am trading in. I could sell a note 10 for at least $300. So add $300 to make that $650 for the note 20u.

That is how much the N20u really will cost
$350 out of pocket and a $300 trade in phone = $650
I see where you're coming from but the trade in reduces the taxable amount and they're also offering 550 compared to your market price of 350$ for the used phone. Also factor in the convenience and how the phone will hold it's trade in value a few years out.

my fold2 got returned but they delivered one of my accessories yesterday morning. according to paypal I have a full refund coming.

On a related note (pun intended), i'm kind of bummed out about not getting this deal but I definitely do want the fold or S21 at a good price. Does anyone have general strategies to get these cheaper? I'm in a family plan that I can't really switch out of so I can't take advantages of port-in deals easily. BF? ebay? employee discounts?

Yes they are recalling manually. I was told by FedEx some one named Scott Higgins caller 8am yesterday to reroute the package

Was late to the party. Ordered on Monday night with 14 codes. Had pending charges on my credit card for a while. Then that disappeared. No cancellation email or nothing saying that sort on Samsung website. Package was moving normally and was supposed to be delivered today. Just see "Refused by recipient" on the FedEx website and confirmed charge on my credit card. Samsung order info still says product "in Transit". Called FedEx, she has not clue what is going on....she kept on writing some notes and assured that I will get call back, which I don't expect. Hoping that charge is reversed soon.

So far I was thinking shipped items are no more sender's property as soon as it is in possession of carrier.

Phone was at my local fedex office this morning, now tracking says "refused by recipient". My cc was charged already. The charge for the second order is still pending and processing on samsung website. Looks like they will cancel anytime now.

I really had some hope that one would get delivered today.
