UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to
final cost: $85.58.

UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.

How the hell we'll get our refund back and which amount? Someone said we will get full order amount back refunded and will be allowed to keep the phone or accessories/tablet. I doubt Scamsung would do that, otherwise they would not had called the shipments back?
Say I have an order for s21 ultra with a buds pro and a tablet. Now in invoice it shows buds pro 0$, tablet 100$ and phone 565$. Order total 665 (plus tax). 665 plus tax is posted to CC (no pending).
Now say I have received tablet, not the phone and buds pro. How the hell they are going to give me refund.
Say I have received the phone with buds pro and tablet is going back. Now the phone alone costs more without stacking coupons. More than the order amount itself
Their CS support is pretty useless. I went through three of them, and one said their automated system will issue the refund
Looks like the PM is done for now based on the other S21 thread. Few are reporting for no more new PM. So long Samsung.

Orders with a tablet accessory may be a different story and they'll say since it was a combo order and you didn't receive the phone, they'll try to get you to pay more for the tablet. You should say no, you want the phone. They'll say it's out of stock. You say you are the manufacturer and it will be back in stock and I want what I paid for (Newegg has hidden behind this excuse so many times on combos for me). If you argue enough, they may relent - I see no easy way for them out of just taking the loss on the accessory for them. I think this will be a case by case basis item. I think you'd win with a credit card dispute which Samsung would need to take into consideration - you can argue you were baited into a purchase and that Samsung changed the conditions and price of the order unilaterally without consent of the change and that they have the phone, but won't ship it to you to complete the order. It was their mistake and they failed in no part due to you.
I'm cautiously optimistic it keeps moving in the right direction....oh hell I'll admit it, I got a semi 🦴. 🥳
