YMMV. In the clearance section in store only.
This kit comes with a charger and a 3AH high capacity battery.

Description from HomeDepot:

The Makita 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Driver-Drill Kit (XFD131) is an ideal drilling and driving solution for the user who wants a drill with superior power-to-weight ratio. The XFD131 combines 440 in.lbs. of Max Torque with an efficient brushless motor that delivers up 50% more work per charge, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. For the pro user, this means more drilling and driving power, greater productivity, and fewer trips up and down the scaffolding or ladder to get to the battery charger. In driver mode, the adjustable torque settings provide more control for a full range of applications, from large fasteners to smaller, delicate screws. It weighs only 3.8 lbs. (with 3.0Ah battery) for increased comfort and superior power-to-weight ratio. The XFD131 is compatible with Makita 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion batteries, from the fast-charging 18-Volt LXT Compact 2.0Ah battery to full-size 18-Volt LXT batteries for longer run time. The kit includes an efficient 18-Volt LXT 3.0Ah battery that reaches a full charge in only 30 minutes for less downtime and increased productivity. It is part of Makita expanding 18-Volt Lithium-Ion system, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18-Volt Lithium-Ion slide-style batteries. Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.

BS shows 9 in one store and 6 in another in Austin, not gonna bother on a likely impossible deal.

I usually have pretty good luck with these HD ymmv deals, much better than a place like Walmart. Sometimes tools are on the end caps buried behind some junk and other times they might be up high in cages. If it only showed one or two I wouldn't bother but it sounds like you have pretty good odds.

OOS stick at most plcces because this his been on clearance for bit. Actually saw it about a month ago (took a picture of it and everything) but forgot to post it. Almost grabbed one for myself but really didn't need it. Already have a couple of drills. If it had a 4 or 5ah battery I definitely would've bit.

I got one of these and the matching impact driver for $70/each around this time last year. They have both been great. I actually liked them so much, I converted all my other electric tools to Makita.

Managed to pick one up in Port St. Lucie, FL for $70 (in the cage with other Makita stuff endcap)
They had a few left.
It's weird, on the app they wanted to charge me $150 to ship it to the store, but it's already at the store.....for less lol

This is definitely NOT DEAD. I was able to get two yesterday at the Home Depot in Overland Park Kansas (66223) for $50 each. They had 12 on hand yesterday and BrickSeek still shows 10 available right now.
