Just bought it on Friday and finally tried it out yesterday, thanks for the deal alert. Now thinking if I should just return this one and buy again.

Quote from WDEagle :
I have & use the original Belkin N50. I bought ~ 10 of them for $5 each when they were being closed out after the introduction of the N52. I then bought several of the N52s but I do not like them as well.

I am inept at gaming using the WSDA keys. Thus, I use the Dpad on the N50 for movement. Without a controller like the N50, I would have just given up on gaming.

That being said ...

The Razer Dpad "sticks" , meaning if you are moving in one direction, you will continue moving in that direction, even when you remove your thumb from the Dpad. The movement in the 1st direction continues until you press the Dpad in a different direction. Some of the Amazon reviews reflect this issue better than I am explaining it here.

Also, with the N50, you will always go in the direction that you are pressing on the dpad. If you are running forward and then turn around to run backwards, you continue running in the same direction. With the Razer, if you are running forward and then turn around in an attempt to run backwards (headed in the same direction), you will start running in the opposite direction.

Neither of these will be an issue if you do not use the Dpad for movement.
