I have Comcast internet. They give you the Flex box free and the Peacock premium service for free as well. Once you set up your Flex service, you can log into the account with other equipment. Thus, I access it on another TV using Roku.

These streaming services are such a scam. With so many out there now, its actually cheaper to just get cable.
I don't know about you. But i only pay for hulu $2 monthly and Amazon prime student for 60 a year and $12 for a year of showtime. Also got the paramount plus for $50 no commercials for a year. I share some accounts so I get in return a friend's netflix, hbo Max, and disney plus also Starz. It's not bad if you share accounts so I pay about $11 a month. Peacock is shit i heard. So I pass on that unless it is free

For those getting this for the WWE Network there was a tweet put out earlier with more details

https://www.wwe.com/article/wwe-n...k-march-18

As someone who subscribes solely for the older content, the part where they say that they will continually add WWE Network content to the library over time makes me a bit worried all the stuff I'm currently watching won't be there. Just a heads up for those in the same boat as me.

It does not require a Flex box. I have Peacock Premium and I watch it on my Nvidia Shield.
I wasn't very clear. I only have Xfinity internet. No TV anything.
Basically, I have to have a Flexbox or pay. Since I am over an hour away to an Xfinity store to return the box, it's not worth it. They don't have anything I want to pay to watch anyway.

This what they say..

Plans & Pricing
The service has two tiers, Peacock Free, which is available to all customers at no charge, and Peacock Premium which starts at $4.99 a month with ads and $9.99 a month without ads. If you are a Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex, or Cox Contour customer — you will get a $5 discount on either plan — meaning you can get Peacock Premium at no extra charge.

Albertsons and affiliated stores (like Safeway) are running their Monopoly game again right now, and one of the prizes is a 3 month free subscription ($4.99 a month plan like here). Another possible option for folks if you're shopping there anyway.

Your package applies only for low-income users. You must qualify for it by demonstrating low income. If you don't qualify, the price is $50 per month after the introductory offer price.
Actually now $54.95 for basic speed ...🤦

This is a steal if you like watching the EPL. Certain games are live and all replays available the next day. Paid extra for no ads for a while but noticed most shows/movies still had ads so would not recommend upgrading.
Is there a way to watch games that are on NBCSN w/o TV provider?

Requires a Flex box to watch. I'll pass as I don't want any Comcast hardware in my house.
Not true. They have apps on roku, fire tv, android etc.

It sounds like we'll basically be paying for the "free" Peacock Premium service.

Hence why I said if you're eligible. It does also apply if you have VA pension.

These are available next day. Only peacock specific games are live. May not work for some but I stay a day behind on all games.

I have XFinity. I didn't get Peacock Prem until I got the Flex box. I only opted for it because my 9-year old had just finished reading the Harry Potter series and wanted to see the movies.

Shit. I can't even read the Harry Potter books at my current age. I imagine at 9, I'd probably only finish the books when I turned 20. Those books are big....

Yeah Comcast is actually really nice in that regard for the internet essentials. They offer it to a whole bunch of people, snap, medicaid, VA, senior citizen, SSI, WIC, pell grant, etc. I've qualified for it, never knew about it (but even if I did, probably would have passed on it till last year cause speed). Now? I'm going to sign up for it, probably...

Been paying $56 for 25mbps, which is ridiculous. Problem with Essentials, I have to not have had comcast in last 90 days. So thinking about options.

Essentials speed used to be terrible like 5mbps, but last year (I think) went up twice once to 15 then again increased to 25. Now read an article stating they've raised it to 50mbps starting this month. Double my speed? That I'm paying 5x the price for, and they give you the modem/router for free (have my own but it's getting old) vs whatever insane rent fee is now.
