Hey, so I did this promotion for an S21 and S21 Ultra at Costco for the BOGO at 720 plus the 100 gift card.
I already did the free line last week to take advantage of that promo and wasn't sure the best move forward. I still have a number I can port over now to perhaps take advantage of the A71 offer for $100 if possible (haven't talked with T-Force yet) but had to activate a new line to take advantage of this promo.
Bottom line, two questions:
1. When can I cancel this new line? After I get both rebates?
2. Is it too late to take advantage of a port over for something like the A71 for $99 deal (another one better perhaps?) on the Line on Us promo last weekend? I've already got the line on the account and the SIM came in the mail.

Hi guys, where is the info about the $720 rebate for buying 2 phones. I called Costso and they have no info on it. They only have the discount on the flyer and nothing about buying 2 phones... Please let me know as I'm ready to buy 2 phones.

FYI the 90 days return and or price adjustment is a pain in the ass. The mobile kiosk manager by default will not authorize. Don't waste your time. TELL the kiosk manager that you want to speak to the Costco store manager. no if and or butt.

Not sure about price match but return is a no-fuss thing at costco. They cannot deny refund unless the product is not in an unreasonable condition.

Have you ever tried returning a cell phone? You need authorization from the kiosk, which is when they'll deny you unless the guy said, you ask to speak with the Costco manager.

It's not the same as returning something you bought normally from Costco

Yes i returned 2 note 20 ultra in january 2021. Kiosk people will only confirm with you about return and if device is ok(i mean unbroken) they would process the return without any issue.

yeah, but till date I have not had any issues with returns at costco. Never had to speak to any store manager. But I would agree exceptions always exists either for good or bad.
