For those who got in this deal last year - https://slickdeals.net/f/13892417-at-t-1000mbps-internet-for-40mo-with-12-month-bundle-if-you-have-at-t-ymmv, your promo price is ending now or has already ended.

I was able to call 1-800-331-0500 and spoke to Customer Service, who was able to extend the promotion for another 12-months at $49.99. I only have internet with AT&T, so don't get the discounted $39.99 that requires bundling.

As mentioned in title, it is YMMV. Personally, my promotion ended last weekend and monthly billing jumped to $70 + $10 equipment fee. So, a 60% increase.

I got the order confirmation right away which showed the discounted price valid for 12-months with no contract. My new billing had started two days back, but prorated so I pay less next month.

This includes HBO Max, so another reason to hold onto the promo pricing if possible.

Update: I used the FB Messenger and had AT&T 1GB fiber $20 off renewed for 12 months on 5/27. I received email on 6/1 from AT&T Reward Center (Subject "It's time to claim your reward!") with a claim number and link. I followed the instruction and claimed the reward. I just received a $200 Visa prepaid card in the mail yesterday yummy I don't know how or why I qualify for the reward. So YMMV.

Was able to renew a second time via https://twitter.com/ATTHelp Retentions rep via phone showed no offers available. Initial offer in Aug 2020 and renewed in Aug 2021.

Twitter chat did the trick for me.. they increased to 69.99 last month and I got a $20 off and got it back to 49.99. Atlanta GA
