Masks manufactured by Powecom are FDA Authorized by EUA for emergency use. More details can be found directly on the FDA website, Powecom is listed in Appendix A: Authorized Imported, Non-NIOSH Approved Respirators Manufactured in China [fda.gov].
The Powecom masks were tested by NIOSH/NPPTL 10x with 10 masks in each batch, test results can be found here [cdc.gov] which shows that they have well over 95% efficiency. These were TESTED but not APPROVED by NIOSH as the approval process is different and more complicated.

Note that the testing done is only for the filter material, and does not account for proper fit. Many people may have difficulty achieving a proper fit/seal with the ear loop design which is why NIOSH Approved N95 masks all have the head band design. Bonefide does offer the head band design [bonafidemasks.com] which likely fits better.
Aaron Collins [yahoo.com], a mechanical engineer with a master's thesis on aerosols, has done his own aerosol testing with Powecom earloop masks and he did get over 97% efficiency [google.com] with the mask on his face.
Regarding their shipping speed:
Do not trust their shipping and delivery estimates ! I have ordered from them twice now and both times the delivery was actually 6+ days AFTER the delivery date they gave me during checkout. First time I ordered via ground shipping and the order arrived 10 whole days after what I was told during checkout. Second time I ordered with Express shipping, and still my package arrived 6 days later ! ... They take a really really long time to actually ship the item from their end ! Do not fall for their words when they say they "try to ship all orders within 1 business day" ..
Or maybe do trust their shipping speed. I've received my orders within the timeline provided. YMMV...

This is exactly the kind of mask that we all ought to be using. At this price, there's no reason to bother with makeshift cloth masks or so-called "surgical" masks, few of which have any sort of data to prove effectiveness.
I ordered some 3M N95 masks and prefer these over the 3M's because the foam on the 3M (around the nose) leaves a glue residue on my face after wearing them for a tad and it's a weird sticky feeling.
