This is an amazing deal. You can use pi 4 for a home nas, NVR, zwave automation server. All at the same time! Also this thing will run at much lower power than a regular PC.
Also a pi hole, but I haven't noticed it been very good lately.
Sheesh, the shipping for a Raspberry Pi Zero costs as much as the product.
Same here, I already have the Pi4 2GB, 4GB, and even the 8GB models. The Pi Zero is important to me because of the form factor and the ability to use it as a USB device/gadget with PC drivers. https://cdn-learn.adafruit.com/do...gadget.pdf
[Edit1] Maybe adding 2x may lower the shipping.
[Edit2] Adding 2x says [[MAX:1]], low inventory.
I've always been interested in getting a Pi. Can anyone tell me a good web site, video, etc that I could use to help me setup and use a Pi. I'm still not sure what it is and what to use it for? It looks like a small pc? Anyways, I need education! Is the Pi 4 the latest and greatest?

Yes, I highly recommend the $100 Pi 400 embedded keyboard kit with book. The book is really well written for beginning computer users (6 years and up?) and the whole computer is simple/clean as a setup. The book goes over the components, os, and all the way to graphical programming. Kids and adults sometimes need to relearn what the basic computer components do. I know computers but the book was still refreshing to read. The illustrations are nice too. Piday coupon works as well! $70 version w/o accessories OOS https://www.adafruit.com/product/4796
Amazon has spoiled us with free shipping. Keep supporting small businesses by paying for shipping. ULine Boxes, Thermal labels, 3M boxtape, Sealed Air bubble packs, and UPS/Fedex/USPS isn't cheap when you're not Amazon. I 'tip' my waiter/waitress, why not tip Adafruit as well by paying for shipping?

I bought the components to make a 3D printed ring light for my camera. It was around $40 after discount and shipping was $6. The guide for the project is here: https://learn.adafruit.com/3d-pri...a-led-ring

On the Adafruit website they have project guides and they list parts (from their store) needed to make the project. https://learn.adafruit.com/

You're right, not from a price vs other retailers, I should've said an amazing value because of what the pi can be used for. If you have a Microcenter near you it looks like you can get it for $55 any day of the week.
looks like they have the 400 kit for $100 (less the 10%).. I was kind of interested in that format.. To bad no 8gb version though, only 4gb. Might as well get the 8gb pi4 for $75 (less the 10%)..
