Nothing smoking, but $40 off is better than the $10 on NewEgg's website. Now to figure the best drives for this.

I personally boycotted Newegg's website after they let my account of 15 years get hacked and, upon my bringing it to their attention, proceeded to nuke it and pretend I never existed. I've only purchased one thing from their company since, and it was only because eBay facilitated the transaction.

I am certainly no expert, but one reason to have multiple ethernet ports would be if you wanted to use iSCSI, which needs a specific IP address from the NAS to present to your target machine. iSCSI uses 'block' storage so it is similar to having a remote hard drive/data pool versus folder shares.
I was strongly considering the 1520+, but went with the 1621+ instead. I don't really like buying from NewEgg and or eBay, but $40 is $40.
Some stats I was comparing:

Personally, I always think it's better to buy more than you need as you'll eventually grow into it. If you have a lot of data and plan acquiring more data, get the ds1621+.
