Are you using a pizza stone or pan? Digiorno is best cooked directly on the wire rack or on a cookie rack otherwise the water won't fully evaporate in the middle.

Hi, cook the pizza directly on the rack, don't take the pizza out of the freezer until the oven is preheated. Don't cook on tinfoil, cook DIRECTLY on the rack. Follow the temp and time on the box. I would assume your mistake is cooking it on foil, or maybe even a pan. Cook Directly on the rack!!!

I'm sure their problem is getting the pizza out when they preheat. You've got it right. Wait until oven is preheated before taking it out of the freezer

The water never fully evaporates (enough) in the middle.... they're always a bit soggy. And using a pizza stone won't make them less so.

Sams Club has 3 pack DiGiornos for $9.98 right now. Slightly more per pizza but you don't have to buy 12.

You can do all that - but they're still relatively soggy in the middle for frozen pizzas.
