Are you using a pizza stone or pan? Digiorno is best cooked directly on the wire rack or on a cookie rack otherwise the water won't fully evaporate in the middle.

Hi, cook the pizza directly on the rack, don't take the pizza out of the freezer until the oven is preheated. Don't cook on tinfoil, cook DIRECTLY on the rack. Follow the temp and time on the box. I would assume your mistake is cooking it on foil, or maybe even a pan. Cook Directly on the rack!!!

This is the only pizza I've ever encountered where you have to directly follow the instructions or you'll get that doughy outcome, i hate it so much lol

Got it working. I had to go down to "Promo Codes & Coupons" on the checkout page, find "SHAMROCK" under "not applied" coupons, click "remove", then enter it again.

Apparently the coupon's conditions weren't met the first time I tried, then this garbage site just remembered that and kept rejecting it instead of re-checking if it was valid when I re-entered it.

I don't take pizza out of freezer until oven has preheated, i put directly on lower rack but I find it to be much better cooked for 30 minutes vs the 24 mins or whatever is listed on directions. Try that....
