BTW, if you get used Ball watch, warranty is NOT transferable (even though their warranty verbiage may not say it isn't transferable) as I had some argument with the CEO of the company regarding the lack of "transferability" in the warranty terms means it can be transferred, vs. his assertion that since it does not say it can be transferred, they can argue that it covers only original owner.
This is tempting. At this point, my wife may argue that I have too many watches though.

Odd that you mentioned this watch as being "formal"/"dressier".. As this watch definitely does NOT look "dressy". Even my Dornbluth 99.1 is not strictly "dress" watch and that is FAR more formal looking than this one.
As far as warranty, Shopworn is a well known gray dealer with a 14 day no question money back guarantee. I believe they give thier own 2 year warranty for defects etc. The risk/reward obviously is the massive savings off retail which most AD's cant touch. I have bought many watches from gray dealers like Jomashop including expense watches like Panerai, etc and never once had an issue. YMMV.
