I have the offer in my account. I went to a branch to see if I could get the fee waived. The banker couldn't even pull the deal up in my account, and didn't even know anything about the point increase. I showed him my account offer. He said it was targeted and to do it online. I did it online in less than 5 minutes. Obviously, no waived fee. Also saw in USPS informed delivery that something from Chase is coming today. Just FYI that this may be targeted and waiving fees may be up to the banker.
I have placed a freeze on all of my 3-credit reports. Can anyone tell me which credit bureau chase uses to pull your credit report in order to lift the freeze on that and apply? TIA.
Varies by state -- in Illinois they pull both TU & EXP
Better off temp unlocking all 3 reports for the day you want to apply

I see the 80K offer on the Homepage of chase.com but when I click on learn more, it shows 60K offer.
Give it a day or two for website to update

BTW. If you're already pre-approved on the chase app, does it do a hard credit pull at the branch?
I confirm that the deal is active now. I applied for my card in the branch today and approved. I got 80000 points instead of 60000 and my first year fee waived.
Do you have to ask for yearly fee to be waived or do they do it automatically? Also did you have to bring it in or anything? I don't have the offer on my account.

They do it automatically. There was big flyer in the wall in my branch about this offer. But the flyer has only 60k points.

The flyer is probably older. The offer used to be 60k points with annual fee waived, until Saturday.
When I went in to apply, the banker did not know that the 80k offer was live . But she checked online and saw that it had been updated.
Got 80K offer in-branch with first-year AF waived. It looks like a general offer since the guy checked his system before looking into my account and he confirmed the offer.

Go in branch to save $95.
Since you're a current Chase customer, do they need to fill out the form from scratch? I don't want to spend too much inside a branch if I don't have to. TIA.
