For the referral, can my wife refer me even if she only have freedom credit card or a closed CSP?
Edit: look like I can get a referral link from my closed CSP, but I am not sure what would happen to the point since points tie to card specifically.

EDIT: Also checked my Credit Karma credit report. It shows the two accounts in question as having been opened on the date of the original credit cards, not when they were downgraded. So that makes them much older than two years.
I applied for the Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card this morning and got the standard "Thanks for applying! We need to review your application a little longer."
