It's the chase customer service I believe. 1 800 935 9935. If they do expedite , you would receive the expedited card aswell as your regular card. You can have one of it as a Spare one.

If I apply In branch and get accepted, how long will it take? I read on this forum you can ask them to overnight it, but not what is the total time for approval?

For travel, you can use the chase ultimate rewards travel portal to book travel directly through Chase. The Chase Sapphire Preferred has a value of 1.25c per point through the portal. So a $125 flight would cost you 10,000 points.
Or you can transfer your points to one of Chase's travel partners, such as United, Southwest, Hyatt, etc at a 1:1 ratio. Most transfers take less than a day.

Neither option is difficult, and can be easily done through the Ultimate Rewards portal on your Chase account.

I personally transfer most of my Chase points to Hyatt and United, as my usual travels garner a lot better value than 1.25c per point through those two programs.

I was in branch today to apply. Apparently, the banker told me they had the system issue that if you already had sapphire in the past, it wouldnt see you in the system, and it probably would got solved around april 23.
Can anyone confirm on this? I noticed that I no longer have the 80k offer on my online account, so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with this system issue.

So I am just curious, if we are not able to make it to reach 4K within 3 months, how are you guys making it up? I mean I know we can just reload the Amazon GC balance by a few hundreds $ but any more efficient option? Any suggestion from champs?
TIA

In the past, we've bought bigger gift cards to a few places we frequent (mainly like the grocery store, Home Depot) where we know we'll be spending money in the coming months. Could also pre-pay some bills, or check out the world of manufactured spending.
