You can call and ask them to expedite shipping after your application is approved.

I did that months ago and mine was overnighted to me at no cost.

His site is BS points value. He inflates the value so people apply the card through his links and he can make good referral commissions.

The max value of Chase Ultimate Rewards is 1.25 cents per points, period.
Yes, the points guy is a shill who exaggerates the average/realistic value of points and miles in order to get people to use his sites' card referral links to make $$$.

No, the max value of UR points is NOT 1.25cpp.

Settling for 1.25 cents per point is pretty bad. TPG, like any website, naturally wants to make money. But their travel points estimates are usually pretty accurate.

Unless you can't be bothered to transfer points to Chase travel partners. Which takes 2 or 3 extra clicks. You can routinely get around 1.5 to 2+ cents per point, if not more.

Just paid for 4 flights to Hawaii with points from this card. I've had it awhile and have used points for various things from hotels, flights and even paying down my credit card with a 25% point value increase. I always pay my monthly balance and have never paid a dime of interest, so it's all free stuff.
I couldn't figure out how to send a private message here but how far in advance do you redeem for your flight/stay itinerary using the Chase rewards?
Do deals change on a day to day or is it consistent during the months?

I am currently having the CSR and using it actively. Am I eligible to get the bonus from this offer? Thanks.

I'm sure prices fluctuate, but I booked my trip a couple months in advanced. I haven't looked at prices since I booked.

If the benefit outweighs the cost, everyone, assuming they look at finances logically rather than emotionally.

Absolute nonsense.

It's exceedingly rare I get less than 2 cents a point for my chase UR points via transfers to airlines (or even Hyatt).

On premium airfares I often get 4-6 cents a point.

Anyone else with a new account showing that they only have 4 days to pay themselves back on eligible purchases? Its was extended past 04/30/21 but my online account is not reflecting that. I made purchases specifically to redeem when i get my 80K bonus.

If I did this offer, I need to unfreeze my credit. Does anyone know which credit agency Chase uses to run the hard pull?

I know that they pulled Experian for mine, not sure about others.

It's not worth keeping after the bonus.

There's 2 routes after 1 year:

If you are someone who travels significantly, upgrade to the CSR. If offers 3x in those categories, plus a slew of other travel related benefits and credits, and still allows point transfers (which free chase cards do not) that help maximize travel value of these points.

If you do not travel significantly then downgrade to a no annual fee card.
Are there any risks in taking an action before one year anniversary?
