The "F" suffix processors don't have an integrated GPU.

A better question is why would you buy a desktop and not have a GPU? Hell, but this and sell the 3060 for $1000 and put a cheaper GPU in there. The crappy GPU will work just as well if not better than the crappy integrated chip.

G5 doesn't have an hdmi/video port, even if the intel version supports it.

Because they want to shuck the GPU out of this computer, put it in their crypto rig, and sell the parts to minimize their loss.

Doesn't really matter now. Most of these companies like Dell and Lenovo rip out any display connectivity if you don't have a graphics card nowadays. Just got a Lenovo the other day with 10700 with integrated graphics and the Lenovo motherboard had no output built in.
