Oh yea, I read that! Still, ALWAYS better to have a physical media, especially with Nintendo games. The resale on these things years from now will be amazing as it always has been with older Nintendo stuff. So, play it now, enjoy it and sell it later to get your money back and more!

I couldn't say. I only played the all digital, which had occasional (but far for game breaking) hiccups.
