I spotted this at the local Orange Tool Tavern hiding out and had to nab a set. At least four were left behind for others to find and it seems to be limited to only this store...for now.

On a different note, I'm not sure they know what the word silent means.
That's enough for what this quiet tiny little lightweight compressor is designed for. It should be plenty capable of things like brad/pin/trim nailing, topping up a tire, blowing shavings out of a hole, etc.

As far as capability, I've seen mad lads taking on things like framing with a 1 gallon tank (not this one, but a 1 gallon ryobi battery powered unit) and that just seems frustrating and absurd. I feel this would make an ideal "toss it in the trunk" compressor that's more compact than a 6 gallon pancake and tolerable to run in my basement workspace. All it needs to do is feed nailers, staplers, and maybe an airbrush.
I have a 26 gallon Kobalt quiettech compressor that's going to be pulling weight this spring.

60dba is pretty quiet for an air compressor, but no, it's not completely silent.
Not knocking the product - it's just really low performance. My Calair unit is already limiting, but I do like having a small lightweight (and oil-less) compressor around.
Brickseek showed clearance, no price, limited inventory at one store. I found it in that store, marked $97. It scanned $33 at the register.
What's odd is that the other Home Depots in the area all have a bunch of these and are full price.
I have 2 larger, louder compressors for framing and higher cfm needs. I was looking for something small, light, and quiet for indoor use (brad nailing, etc.), and this should be perfect.
