The smaller Walmart Neighborhood stores count as grocery stores. The large Big Box stores do not.
www.doctorofcredit.com has all the faqs:

1. Cap1 allows only 2 personal cards & 2 business cards (but a few have extra grandfathered in) & co-branded cards do not count

2. Cap1 pulls from ALL 3 bureaus at each time for each application (3 pulls per application & averages them out!)

3. need at least 720-740+ mininum FICO according to data points from last several years (but other factors such as too high balances or too many inquiries in past year can cause rejection).. do not know of this year's mininum
so if you are APPROVED; please list your FICO score that got approved
&
how many new cards you got in the past 2 years because there is rumor that Savor cards have a 5/24 rule similar to Chase (ie; must be under 5 new credit card accounts in past 24 months)
Signed up previously with the $250 offer and was instantly approved. After receiving the card and using it for a week, they restricted my card because they had to verify my income. I had to e-sign an IRS form 4506-T for them to check my 2019 tax Return. After that, it took two weeks for them to verify and remove the restriction. They seem so strict compared to other credit card companies @.@

Does this card support Capitol one ENO virtual credit card number service?

Also anyone knows if online food platform like grubhub/doordash qualifies in 3% restaurant for this card?
Yes, it works with Eno.

I can't speak on GrubHub or DoorDash specifically, but I used it on a more regional food delivery service which received the 3% back (coded as Dining). I don't see why those more prominent ones wouldn't as well. I believe they've also previously run promotions with UberEats and Postmates, so they seem to promote these kinds of services generally.

Anyone think having a checking acct with them makes it easier for approval on these? If they care a lot about income, I'd get declined due to last year low income. lol.

Speaking of checking accts, I wonder how long one should wait between opening new ones, ie if opening too many would seem suspicious to them. i just want more signup bonuses... I have been supposedly "pre-approved" for a couple more.

Does either one guarantee it stays that way? I'm still salty from my Chase card dropping 3% on multiple categories for a 5% on rolling categories and 1% on everything else.

Obviously, there are no guarantees in life, but I've had the Citi Double Cash CC for the past 5-7yrs and it's always been 2% cash back (1% on purchase amount + 1% on payment amount). Pretty sure it will stay that way since the bonus structure is kinda baked into the name of the card.

The bank will not do it without your consent. They will first send you a letter telling you an annual fee will be charged starting from whatever date. You have an option to disagree and opt out, then your card will be canceled. If you still have a balance at the time your card is canceled, you will be charged an interest based on the original term of your card until it is paid off. Some banks will offer you another option to have a product change, which means to switch your card to another no fee featured card. The APR on purchases might be different while your carrying balance prior to switching to the new card would remain the same APR of the old card.

I have a couple questions...

Can a company you have a credit card with, establish an annual fee after you have had a credit card for some time? Like, could I have a card for 6 months, then they decide to establish an annual fee?

Also, how does interest show in your credit card accounts? Is it itemized out, like purchases?

I have a capital one quicksilver card, and on my transactions page, my walmart+ online purchases all show as "grocery".

Worked for me today. Forgot to unfreeze and was rejected, but then called back after I unfroze and they reprocessed.

Been waiting on something with at least $200 bonus and $500 to spend, not $1000. Just got approved with $10K credit limit. Thanks everyone and OP for the post.

Bonus aside, it's one of the best to use for dining. There's other with the same % and others with occasional bonus categories but I prefer the flat 3% with no annual fees or hoops to jump through.

And the credit score right away dropped 4pts according to Capital One Creditwise.
