I don't know. I intentionally cripple even my fast wireless chargers with slow adapters. Slower speeds mean less heat and less impact on the battery. Overnight it's still plenty fast enough to get a full charge. At work I use it just to keep it topped off because I use hotspot a lot, and the slower speed is more than enough to keep the battery from running down.
If I find myself in a situation where I need a faster charge, which is extremely rare (that's a major point of wireless charging for me--it keeps me from ending up running on empty) I can always just do a wired charge.
Obviously needs will vary by individual, but I honestly prefer slower wireless charging speeds as a general rule.
I have this and it's worthless. Charges the iPhone really slowly and stops charging after a few minutes so I have to pick up the phone and put it back to restart charging. Also need to place it just right to charge. Have a pretty basic cover but it will do the same without cover. Not happy with it at all.
This works pretty well if you don't have a bulky case on your phone, I had to learn that the hard way when I gave up my Otterbox defender for wireless charging, I definitely think it was worth the tradeoff, wireless chargers are awesome.
Thanks, OP and here's additional info of the charger from other website:
Description:
Charge up your preferred Qi-enabled device with the universal wireless charging stand from mophie. Compatible with virtually all Qi-enabled devices, the charging stand delivers 7.5W of power when placed on top of the pad. This smooth, polished stand can easily be converted from a flat pad to a desk stand, making it easy to check texts or stream videos without interrupting charging. It even charges through lightweight phone cases.
This is a pretty standard price for the Anker 10W chargers and I'm willing to bet that "convertible" design rarely gets used outside of when it's shipped.
Won't 10W wireless fast charge iPhones. Pretty worthless at that point if you're in the apple camp.

Looks like this one comes with a wall adapter and the Anker does not. From my limited understanding, you need a fast charging capable wall adapter for the fast charging to work, and for Anker you would need to use your own wall adapter

Glad to see its not just me, I have fast chargers that came with phones all the way back from my v10 but I intentionally use weaker bricks for wired/wireless charging. I'm not a heavy heavy user so a day's worth of battery does we well and I slow charge overnight to help with battery life.
While I don't have anyone to compare my S20FE to, my iphone XR seems to have a higher battery maximum capacity than my friends and family who got one around the same time

I definitely keep fast chargers around for when I need one. Car chargers is one place I'll always keep the fastest charger available, because more often than not if I'm charging in my car it's because I'm desperate for as much charge as I can get driving 10 or 15 minutes across town. But yeah... if I'm that desperate I'm going to bypass the inefficiency of wireless charging entirely.

You don't need a power supply with any specific fast charge capability, it just needs to put out enough amperage.
There's zero handshaking going on between the power supply and the phone.
And again, this is only a 7.5W capable charger, so even if it didn't include one, you probably have one sitting around that would be more than enough.
