It's fantastic! Super quiet, even at its second level. Used to get dust build-up within 3-4 days, and so far so good. Overall air quality seems better as I'm not sneezing constantly. Worth every penny. One for the bedroom, and one for the living room.

Be careful with these purifiers. I ordered a pair last year and they came with a horrible plastic smell that caused several members of my household to get sick from the smell / odor. Hopefully they resolved this issue, but they provided replacements with the same issue and was forced to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend this air purifier based on past experiences.

Levoit even took their Amazon product page down and replaced it when a "new" item to hide all the poor reviews. Very shady practices by this company and would never do business with a company like that.

Just to add my exp I bought one about 8 months ago, no plastic smell, been great for the bathroom which sits next to the cat box. Picking up a second for the bedroom.

Did you check to see if the filter was wrapped in plastic that needs to be removed?

Yes this - it nearly got me too. They wrap the filter in plastic unlike many other brands so you need to take that off first!!!

I've had mine for a couple of days and I am quite impressed. Seems to be doing a good job for the size and is quiet at the low settings and not too bad at the highest ones. And you can turn the lights off.

Just bought another one thanks op. These are great for small rooms.
