You just add them to your Library while they're free so you can keep them. You don't have to completely install the game on your PS4 to keep it. It just remains in your Library as purchased.

Thanks for the heads up. I've only played the demo of Moss on PSVR. Pretty fun. Will be glad to have the full game for free. The Witness was a previous PS+ freebie I think.
